Located in Woodford, Essex, we’ve been providing dentistry to the local community for over 30 years. Our friendly team offers NHS and private services and is dedicated to your care.
Our treatments and services
Alongside general dentistry, we provide teeth whitening and orthodontic systems such as Invisalign aligners, to boost and straighten your smile.
Our dentists also offer periodontics, hygiene appointments and dental implants including All-on-4 implants. We offer direct access hygiene appointments, meaning you don’t need to be a registered patient with us.
Our opening hours
We know our patients have busy lives, so we offer flexible appointments times to fit around you. We offer Saturday morning appointments and extended opening hours from Monday to Thursday.
How to find us
Our practice is located on Glebelands Avenue, parallel to George Lane. If you’re driving to our practice, there’s parking available on the opposite side of the street. If you’re travelling by bus, the 179, W12, W13 and W14 buses all stop on George Lane. We’re also a short walk away from South Woodford Tube Station.

No, orthodontics for adults is becoming more and more common. We can talk through your options with you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
