If you’d like to spread the cost of your treatment, finance options are available at most Bupa practices.
Patient finance helps make orthodontic treatment more accessible. You’ll pay the same fixed amount every month for a certain period, so you don’t need to pay in one go.*
Can you get braces on the NHS?
NHS braces are available free of charge to under 18s who qualify for treatment.
NHS treatment isn’t usually available for adults. So, most adults will need to seek private treatment. Some of our practices also provide Orthodontics Essentials, offering fixed braces at £2,200 for under 18s. Please speak to your local practice to learn more.
Considering online teeth straightening kits?
While online kits may cost less than professional teeth straightening, we’d always recommend treatment under the guidance of a dentist or orthodontist. This is to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of your results.
*Finance applicant must be aged 18 or over, a UK resident, have a UK bank account and be in permanent employment. All loans are subject to eligibility, status, affordability and a credit check. T&Cs apply. Finance is available on private dental treatments only.
The minimum spend for finance is £250 and the maximum is £50,000. 0% APR representative is available on repayment terms of up to 36 months subject to the amount of credit. Finance taken at repayment terms of 48 or 60 months is subject to 7.9% APR representative.
