Alexandra is a qualified dentist with a special interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry.

She uses a range of modern materials and techniques to provide quality dental treatments in a relaxed and informative manner. Alexandra has a keen interest in preventive and minimal intervention dentistry and carries out a range of general dentistry and restorative procedures, which includes composite bonding, endodontic (root canal) treatment, cosmetic crowns and veneers, periodontal treatment and teeth whitening.

Alexandra has a patient-centred approach to dentistry. She likes to make sure her patients are fully involved with each step of their dental treatment and are comfortable with the treatment they are having done.

Training and qualifications

Priyanka qualified from King's College London in 2015 with an honour's degree in Dentistry. Following foundation training in Southwest London, she went on to spend two years at the Royal London Hospital and Whipps Cross Hospital in East London. She gained experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as restorative dentistry before moving to general practice and has worked all over the country, including Hertfordshire, Central London and Kent.

Priyanka has completed a one-year post-graduate course in Restorative and Endodontic Treatments and is working towards completing her diploma.

Treatments offered

Priyanka enjoys all aspects of restorative and cosmetic dentistry, with a particular interest in minimally invasive treatments. She aims for patients to keep their own teeth as much as possible, carrying out treatments such as dental crowns and onlays, veneers, bridges and composite (white) fillings.

Priyanka frequently attends post-graduate courses to ensure she is providing the most current and up-to-date treatments for her patients.

She is available on Mondays and Tuesdays at Bupa Dental Care Cranbrook.

She is passionate about helping patients maintain their oral health, both with treatment and self-care techniques. She also enjoys educating her patients about the prevention of disease.

Hannah Francomb joined our practice in 2011 as a dental nurse and has since qualified as an orthodontic therapist.

Hannah started her dental nurse training in 2009 at King’s College Hospital and gained an NVQ level 3 in dental nursing. After qualifying as a nurse, Hannah completed additional qualifications in radiography, impression taking and clinical photography qualifications. Hannah later became the lead nurse at Total Orthodontics Brighton, before embarking on an orthodontic therapy course and qualifying from the Royal College of Surgeons London in 2016. Alongside working at our practice, Hannah also works at Total Orthodontics Tunbridge Wells and Crawley, treating NHS and private patients under the supervision and prescription of an orthodontist.
