Fatima qualified as a dentist from Guy’s and King’s College London in 2009 and completed a master’s degree in Oral Pathology from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.

She spent a year as a senior house officer in Northwick and Wexham Park hospitals in the oral and maxillofacial surgery department and was awarded membership to the Royal college of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Subsequently, she returned to general practice and has worked in various practices in Surrey, West Sussex and South London.

Fatima is friendly and compassionate and works with her patients to provide a patient centred approach to treatment, utilising the latest technology and materials.

She is invested in her continuous development and strives to provide the most up to date care to her patients. She has completed advanced certificate courses in periodontal treatment, enabling her to manage more complex gum problems. She has also completed certificate courses in Advanced Aesthetic and Restorative Endodontic treatment and has gained training in prescriptive skin care with Obaji systems.

Fatima has a particular interest in minimally invasive smile makeovers involving cosmetic teeth straightening and has accreditation to provide fixed braces, Inman aligners, Invisalign treatment, teeth whitening and cosmetic bonding. With a love for charity work, she has volunteered as a dentist in various refugee camps over Europe and Asia.

She qualified from Queen Mary University of London in 1990. Mojgan has attended numerous professional courses over the years, allowing her to broaden her skills and expertise for the benefit of her patients.

Mojgan holds numerous postgraduate qualifications including:

  • Diploma in Restorative Dentistry, Tipton Academy
  • Diploma in Clear Aligner Therapy (Invisalign), City University
  • Advanced level 7 training in aesthetic treatments

    • Mojgan has also completed numerous professional courses over the years in composite bonding, orthodontics, periodontal treatment, veneers and smile makeovers. She has a keen interest in modern minimally-invasive treatments, alignments, bonding and wear cases.

    No, orthodontics for adults is becoming more and more common. We can talk through your options with you.

    We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.

    Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.

    Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
