Welcome to Bupa Dental Care Grimsby
This family dentist in the centre of Grimsby has supported the local community since the 1940s. We now offer a range of private and NHS dental treatments and accept dentist referrals. Please note, we’re currently accepting new private patients.
Our practice is located in the heart of Grimsby town centre, on Hainton Avenue, and is accessible with wheelchair access. We provide a warm welcome and there’s free refreshments, and free Wi-Fi to stay connected.
Dental treatments and services
We provide general dentistry including check-ups, and hygiene appointments. And at Bupa Dental Care Grimsby, we also offer a range of orthodontics services to straighten teeth. Our dental services include:

Dentist check-ups, hygiene appointments, fillings, tooth extractions, emergency appointments, simple and complex x-rays
- Orthodontics:
Invisalign aligners, fixed brace solutions, cosmetic teeth straightening
- Restorative dentistry:
Crowns, bridges, dentures, dental implants, endodontics (root canal treatments)
- Cosmetic dentistry:
In-practice teeth whitening including Philips Zoom!, home teeth whitening kits

We know the value of extended opening hours. We open at 8.45am every day except Friday and stay open until 7pm Monday to Thursday.

No, orthodontics for adults is becoming more and more common. We can talk through your options with you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
