Darren previously owned the Practice until 2005 and is still with the team under Bupa Dental Care.

Edian Gonzalez graduated (BDS ) in 2011. Since then, he has completed a Master’s in General Dentistry and has gained qualifications in Invisalign and dental implants.

Alongside general dentistry, Mustapha offers Invisalign aligners for both cosmetic alignment and more advanced molar movement cases.

Ross joined the Practice in 2015 and treats private patients and offers orthodontic (teeth straightening).

Ioana has been with our Grimsby practice since 2011 and treats NHS patients.

Rachel Beecham joined in 2003 after previously working as a dental nurse. She progressed into her current role of hygienist, and qualified at Manchester Dental School in 1995.

Sarah qualified in Manchester Dental Hospital in 1987. After working in London, she returned to Lincolnshire in 1996 to work in Grimsby. Sarah has worked at our practice for over 20 years.

Ede gained her BDS Dental Surgery in Nigeria in 2017. She is a registered hygienist with extensive skills, specialising in digital radiography, intraoral scanners, soft tissue management and preventative techniques

Alison joined the practice in 2015 after qualifying in 2005. She gained an additional qualification in 2024: a BDA radiography certificate in dental radiography for taking bitewings and OPGs.

Laura joined in 2021 as a dental nurse. She completed a course in Level 2 Impression Taking in 2024 and has gained Level 4 Oral Health Education and Level 4 Fluoride Application in 2025.

Jackie Twinberrow joined the practice in 2019, qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and gained additional SOR Dental Radiography qualification in 2021.

Liberty Eaton joined our practice in 2023 after qualifying in Northampton University. She completed her NEBDN certificate in dental implant nursing in 2024.

Louise Broadway progressed into her role of lead nurse in 2021 after joining in 2006. She is also our IPC infection control lead.

Mandy joined the Practice in 2008.

Holly Benham joined Bupa Dental Care in 2023 and is committed to supporting patients and helping the whole team run the clinic smoothly. Holly enjoys creating a friendly, welcoming experience.

Kerry Shipp joined the practice in 1995 and has over 30 years’ experience in dental nursing. She has also gained her radiography qualification and has progressed into CBCT dental scans.

Rachel joined the practice in August 2019.

Juliet Harris joined the practice in 2024 as lead receptionist. She was previously qualified as a dental nurse in 2004 and has 37 years of experience in dentistry.

Laura Ladds is an experienced practice manager who spent 20 years in the optical sector. She is skilled in leading teams, improving operations and delivering outstanding patient care.

Jessica has additional qualifications in dental radiography, achieved in March 2021.
