Gregory qualified from the University of Leeds in 2016 and has worked in Lincoln ever since. He is keen to further his education and offers teeth straightening with Invisalign clear aligners.

Rodger is highly experienced with over 33 years of expertise and is known for his patient-focused approach and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate dental care.

Dr Samira Bouguedoura offers both general dentistry and private oral surgery, combining her surgical expertise with a gentle, patient-centred approach to care.

Dr Ana Magalhaes graduated in Portugal in 2008 and began her career working in private practice. She moved to the UK in 2011 and joined our practice in 2016.

Dr Salza Ilieva is a private dentist who joined our practice in July 2023. She has an interest in root canal treatment and is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.

Charles obtained his Bachelor of Dental Sciences degree in 2006 and went on to obtain postgraduate qualifications in the field of public health and research in London.

Dr Dimitrios Patsiamanidis graduated from the Faculty of Dental Medicine in Plovdiv, Bulgaria in 2010 and moved to the UK shortly after.

Robert worked as an associate dentist in the Manchester area for the NHS. He completed his MSc in Periodontology, and is a member of the British society of Periodontology.

Alejandro joined our practice in January 2025. As well as general dentistry, he offers teeth straightening with Invisalign clear aligners.

Jane Young qualified as a hygienist in 1989 and qualified as a dental therapist in 2002. She has been providing care with a friendly and reassuring approach to help patients maintain excellent oral health.

Timothy Chaufour qualified from the University of Cardiff in 2022. Timothy is committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused dental care as he builds his career with us.

Holly Freeman qualified with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy from Newcastle University in 2014 and has over 12 years of experience working as a dental hygienist.

Abi qualified as a dental nurse in 2025. She is dedicated to supporting both patients and the dental team to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for everyone.

Freya Gawthrop qualified as a dental nurse in 2025. She is dedicated to supporting both patients and the dental team to ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for everyone.

Jade achieved her dental nursing diploma in 2021 and enjoys supporting our patients.

Josephine is our lead dental nurse and joined the team in 2021. She is passionate about surgical procedures and supporting her team.

Katie joined in 2024 and was previously part of our minor oral surgical team. She brings valuable experience and a patient-focused approach to her role, ensuring high-quality care.

Cory Meyer joined the team in 2025 as a trainee dental nurse. He is enthusiastic, eager to learn and friendly, bringing a positive attitude to both patient care and team support.

Sophie qualified as a dental nurse in 2023. She is dedicated to supporting both patients and the dental team, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for everyone.

Laura joined the team at Lincoln Strait in 2018. She has qualifications in oral health education, fluoride application and radiography.

Pauline joins us as our new coordinator, assisting with the smooth running of the practice and ensuring a positive patient journey

Julie is one of our friendly receptionists and an important part of the front-of-house team. She helps ensure that every patient feels welcomed and looked after from the moment they arrive.

Kerry is a receptionist who also oversees patient finance. Kerry helps patients with appointment bookings ensuring everything runs smoothly with warmth and professionalism.

Sue is a key part of our front-of-house team. she brings a wealth of experience and a warm, welcoming presence.
