Dr. Ledger qualified from Cardiff University and began her career working in hospital dentistry, gaining a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1994.

Gillian qualified in dentistry in 2002 and has membership of the British Dental Association and the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry.

In 2004, Goldie qualified in dentistry from the University of Bristol. He held posts in maxillofacial surgery, restorative dentistry and paediatric dentistry, at various hospitals.

Lucy Conrad is a skilled general dentist with many years of experience in treating patients for a wide array of dental and oral health conditions.

Nicola qualified in 2007 from University of Birmingham. She started working in the oral and maxillofacial surgery departments, whilst gaining Membership of the Joint Dental Faculty.

Sarisa studied dentistry at the University of Bristol. She has worked in Community Dental Services, urgent dental care, gerontology, paediatrics, domiciliary care and special care dentistry.

Dr Toby Mitchell-Innes graduated in 2016. He has worked in specialist dentistry, with consultants in oral surgery, paediatrics, restorative dentistry, orthodontics and maxillofacial surgery.

Over the past six years, Toheed has held the role of foundation dentist trainer and he’s responsible for guiding newly qualified dentists during their transition from university to general practice.

Emma graduated from the University of Bristol with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Therapy in 2010. She has a passion for helping patients improve their oral health.

Jo qualified as a dental clinician in 2003, in Poland. Jo has worked in dental practices in Gloucestershire, Cheltenham and Monmouth, gaining experience in both NHS and private settings.

After joining the RAF, Lesley was successfully awarded, a place in the RAF’s Institute of Dental Health and Training at RAF Halton, graduating in 1995.

Natalie Stirland is a dedicated dental hygienist who graduated from the University of Bristol in 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience from four years as a dental nurse.

Rebecca Turner embarked on her dental journey in 2010 in Bristol, achieving her dental nursing qualification in 2012. She joined Bupa Dental Care in 2013, where she thrived in a private Clifton practice.

Nikita Woodward completed her dental nursing qualifications at Walsall College. She has since gained experience working in both a general NHS practice and a private orthodontic practice.

Hannah joined Arnica in August 2021, having worked at Bupa Dental Care Tewkesbury for over two years.

Julie joined Arnica in 2005, bringing with her a wealth of nursing experience. During her time as a dental nurse, Julie has attended numerous courses on oral surgery, implants and dental sedation.

Kasia Chambers achieved her National Diploma in Dental Nursing NEBDN in 2017. She has gained her NEBDN Intravenous Sedation qualification in 2023.

Maisie Fisher is a trainee dental nurse at Arnica Dental Care. She is currently preparing for her exam this year and will soon be a fully qualified dental nurse.

Anika Stasinska is a dedicated trainee dental nurse currently gaining hands-on experience in assisting with treatments, maintaining sterile environments and supporting patient care.

In 2021, Cloe joined Arnica, bringing with her eight years of experience of dental nursing, completing her National Examination Board for her dental nursing (NEBDN) Diploma in 2015.

Hannah re-joined Arnica in February 2023 as our treatment coordinator.

Jennifer Major, known to her patients as Jennie, joined Arnica in November 2022, then left the practice in December 2023 to go travelling before rejoining the team in July 2024.

Louise joined Arnica in 2013 and has been instrumental in shaping the non-clinical aspect of how we look after our patients, referral patients and referral dentists.

Rachel Joined Arnica in 2018, bringing with her a wealth of dental knowledge from another private practice in Cheltenham.
