Our dedicated, award-winning dental implant centre is situated on the prestigious Harley Street in Marylebone, London. We offer long-lasting full-jaw restorations using our smile in a day technique. Our implant centre focuses solely on fitting dental implants, so we’re experts in our field.
Full smile restorations with smile in a day
We’re the home of smile in a day treatment, an advanced, same-day implant technique. Smile in a day treatment involves fitting a full set of dental implants and a full set of temporary, natural-looking fixed teeth on the same day, avoiding the need for multiple surgical procedures with long healing periods. The new temporary teeth stay in place during the healing process, until they are exchanged for the final, permanent set of teeth after the healing period is complete.
Smile in a day treatment can improve confidence for patients with many missing or loose teeth, or people who currently have dentures. While the majority of our patients require at least one full jaw restoration, the smile in a day technique is also suitable for single and multiple teeth replacements.
We routinely treat complex dental implant cases for patients who have been told they’re not suitable for implants, by using our innovative smile in a day technique at Total Dental Care. In the majority of cases, there’s no need for bone grafting or sinus lifts, but we can provide these if necessary.

Specialist-led dental care
Our implant centre was founded by UK renowned dentists; Dr Michael Zybutz and his brother, Dr Anthony Zybutz. They both have over 25 years’ experience fitting dental implants and lecture worldwide about dental implants, including same-day implants. They regularly accept referrals from other dentists. They’ve also appeared as resident TV dental experts on Channel 5’s ‘Botched up Bodies’, correcting dental work with the smile in a day technique.
Nervous patients
We treat many patients with dental anxiety. Our team do everything they can to make nervous patients feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Each of our patients have a dedicated treatment coordinator to guide them through each step of their treatment.
Most of our patients opt for conscious dental sedation, administered by experienced sedationists. Your sedationist will stay with you throughout the whole procedure. If you’d like to find out more, we’d be happy to talk you through your options.
Finding our Harley Street centre
Our dental implant centre is based on Harley Street in Marylebone, London. We’re just a few minutes’ walk from both Regent’s Park and Great Portland Street tube stations. There are also buses that stop nearby.
If you’re driving, there’s metered parking available in Harley Street. There’s also an NCP car park in Cavendish Square, located behind John Lewis, just a few minutes’ walk away.

Anthony Zybutz
Anthony is a dentist with a postgraduate certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry and has over 25 years’ experience in restorative, implant restorative and aesthetic dentistry. In 2010 he and his brother, specialist periodontist Dr Michael Zybutz, founded TDC implant Centres to help people living with the challenges of loose and missing teeth, and dentures.

Whitening can be an important part of a smile makeover. We always check the suitability of your teeth, as it may not be recommended for some patients with high sensitivity. It’s important to know that we may not be able to treat all of your teeth: whitening can’t alter the colour of fillings, crowns, veneers, for example. Your dentist can explain and suggest any options open to you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
