A warm welcome to Bryer Wallace Dental Practice
Our long-established practice in Knightsbridge welcomes patients of all ages. Our practice philosophy is to provide the best possible dentistry in a relaxed, warm and friendly environment. We aim to care for your dental needs providing prevention and sophisticated treatment with our specialists and general dentists.
Assessing your dental needs
When you come to us, you’ll be put under the specific care of an experienced general dentist who will assess your needs. The dentist will discuss with you all the options available, which will allow you to make an informed decision about your treatment, its timings and all costs. We have specialists in a range of areas at the Practice, to whom your dentist may refer you to for specific treatments.
Specialist treatments
We have a modern dental laboratory on site and the technicians will see you in the surgery to co-ordinate aesthetics. Our orthodontists at the Practice have enormous experience with both adults and children. They have the latest techniques available, including Invisalign, clear ceramic braces, and lingual (behind teeth) orthodontics.

Branded treatments and services

Clear aligners which gradually straighten your teeth.

These braces fit behind your teeth and are for all ages.

Just like conventional braces, but almost invisible.

A safe and effective way to whiten your smile – either at the practice or at home.

A set of 4 to 6 dental implants replace a whole arch of missing teeth.
Patient feedback
Whitening can be an important part of a smile makeover. We always check the suitability of your teeth, as it may not be recommended for some patients with high sensitivity. It’s important to know that we may not be able to treat all of your teeth: whitening can’t alter the colour of fillings, crowns, veneers, for example. Your dentist can explain and suggest any options open to you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
