After graduating from the University of Glasgow, Alistair set up a practice – Martin Dental Care, which over the years expanded and developed and is now Bupa Dental Care Shawlands.

Alistair has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and has been placing dental implants since 2004. He has also provided both NHS and private comprehensive orthodontics (teeth straightening) for adults and children.

June has worked for the practice since graduating from the University of Glasgow in 2011. She has special interests in cosmetic dentistry, clear braces to straighten teeth, sports dentistry, and facial aesthetics.

June devotes her time to developing trusting relationships with her patients to make their treatment experience as pleasant as possible. She fully understands the common fears and anxieties associated with dentistry.

June has undertaken additional training in cosmetic dentistry - offering smile makeovers using the latest minimally invasive techniques, such as composite bonding. She also provides cosmetic teeth straightening using clear invisalign aligners, as well as Six Month Smiles cosmetic fixed braces.

June offers a range of facial aesthetic treatments, including lip and facial fillers, and wrinkle reduction injections. She also offers treatment for hyperhidrosis and excess sweating using injections.

As an ex-international athlete, June understands the challenges athletes face in maintaining a healthy mouth. She has a particular interest in sports dentistry and the management of athletes’ needs.

Usama is very passionate about providing beautiful and healthy smiles for his patients using minimally-invasive techniques. He also uses digital technology to simplify cosmetic dentistry.
