Raz is currently studying for his masters in dental implants.

He places strong importance on effective communication and ensuring patients are fully informed at each stage, to ensure they have a great experience at the practice.

While Sarandeep enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, he has a strong interest in treating patients with dental anxiety. He also has a keen interest in cosmetic dentistry and has been trained to provide Invisalign aligners and teeth whitening treatment.

Sarandeep ensures his patients are informed, involved and comfortable throughout their treatment journey. He’s dedicated to offering quality care and empowers patients to maintain their results.

They are used to replace missing teeth and can also be used as connectors to dentures, making prosthodontics firm and stable.

Neil has considerable experience of advanced restorative and aesthetic treatments, and is a member of the Association of Dental Implantology. Dr Sampson accepts referrals for dental implants, and is renowned as an experienced provider of dental implants due to his 20 years of experience in this field.

Sweta has a master's degree in Advanced General Dental Practice with merit from the University of Birmingham and has also been awarded the Membership of Primary Dental Care from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

She always prides herself in helping patients overcome any fears or anxieties and making their dental experience a positive one.

She gained her dental nursing qualification in June 2023 and her impression taking qualification in January 2024 and is now enrolled on an implant nursing course while working alongside our implant dentist Neil Sampson. Holly is excited for what the future holds and will continue deepening her knowledge and skills by undertaking further courses while working at our practice.

She is looking forward to continuing her training in our practice and completing further courses.

Lauren has started her dental nursing apprenticeship and is keen to learn more as a nurse within our practice.

He achieved his dental nursing qualification in November 2023 and his impression taking qualification in March 2024, and is currently enrolled onto the level 4 dental radiography course.

Logan is very passionate about his career in dentistry and aims to undertake clinical photography and orthodontic nursing qualifications in 2025. He also has hopes of achieving a diploma in orthodontic therapy in the foreseeable future. Logan works closely with our clinicians on Wednesday and Thursdays.

Gemma will provide all new patients with an intraoral scan of their teeth. She will also talk to patients about their experience at our practice and help them overcome any fears or worries to make it the most enjoyable it can be. Gemma has obtained additional qualifications in dental radiography and oral health promotion, furthering her skills for the benefit of our patient community.

Gemma joined the practice in 2006. She has been our lead nurse responsible for the efficient running of our surgeries and dental nurses.

Chloe holds excellent communication and listening skills, allowing her to communicate successfully with all patients and visitors both face-to-face and over the phone.

Hayley joined Bupa Dental Care Sutton Coldfield While Road in 2020 as a receptionist. She has over 30 year’s experience working within a dental setting, including laboratory and surgery. Her knowledge and experience are vital to her role and the surgery.

Hayley is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and works hard to ensure our patients receive a warm welcome and a positive experience.
