Employer and manager resources
We know how challenging it can be for managers who have to support a team, which is why we’ve included information and guidance to help tackle issues effectively.
We're here for you
We all have times in our life when we need a little extra support. If you’re eligible for Member Assistance via your company, your employer has teamed up with Bupa to provide a service that’s there to help you take care of your mental health and wellbeing.
Bupa Member Assistance is confidential; we won’t tell your employer or anyone else that you’ve called. The only exception to this is if we think you or someone else may be at risk or if we are legally obliged to do so. We will always try to sensitively discuss this with you before contacting anyone else. Remember, no problem is too big or too small to discuss. We recommend getting in touch sooner rather than later so issues don’t become overwhelming.
The service is available to you, your spouse or partner and any dependants over the age of 16† living at home with you.
