Are you eligible for cognitive behavioural therapy?
As an additional Key EAP+ service, you can get online CBT provided by Silvercloud Health which helps you recognise negative patterns in how you think or behave. To check whether you qualify for this, ask your company’s healthcare representative.

Understanding the problem
After speaking on the phone, your counsellor will decide what course of action is most appropriate for you. This could be a one-off appointment, or a number of sessions.
Start receiving treatment
Our counselling is available by phone or video call, or even face to face depending on your level of cover. These can be booked at a time that suits you, to help you get your life back on track.
Get referred for more treatment
We can help you get more treatments that aren’t covered by your EAP. If you have Bupa health insurance, we can refer you for treatment that is within your benefit limits. If not, we can point you in the way of our pay as you go services.
