Paul is an experienced dentist who is passionate about providing high-quality dental care. His clinical focus is on implant and aesthetic dentistry.

Dr Paul Sherrard has been practising general dentistry in the Wirral since qualifying from Liverpool Dental School in 1985.

Since 1990, he has been solely focused on making Moreton Dental Care what it is today. He’s built up close relationships with his patients over the years and is still caring for some of them 30 years on.

Paul is passionate about providing a quality service and helping patients improve both the health and appearance of their teeth. He has been placing dental implants since 2003 and places hundreds of implants each year.

He has been awarded the MFGDP and MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons and also examines students for the college each year in London. Paul has undertaken extensive study in his field, as well as mentorship both in the UK and internationally. He has also lectured on implant courses around the UK and abroad.

Paul was awarded the highly acclaimed diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh, in 2011. He is now mainly focused on dental implants, as well as periodontal and cosmetic treatment. He has more than 20 local dentists referring to him for implant treatment.

Over the past 10 years, Paul has been actively involved in charity work in Africa. He has led a dental team on several missions to Uganda where he has relieved the toothache of thousands of villagers who would not otherwise have had access to a dentist in their remote communities. As well as extracting thousands of teeth there, he has also provided advice on diet and oral hygiene and helped establish sustainable dental services and education for these communities.
