Of our patients surveyed say ‘I feel involved in all decisions about my care.’
Overjoyed with implants. Service exceptional. Would highly recommend.
Nicola is very professional and very friendly. She always explains what she is doing and puts me at ease.
I recently changed dentist and I was so nervous before my appointment, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist, Saffron, who was very welcoming which settled me down a lot. I was then called through for my appointment with Julie Rafferty and she was just amazing. I was made to feel so relaxed, and I very nearly forgot I was at the dentist at all. Both her and her dental nurse, Nicole, are a massive credit to the practice and I cannot recommend them enough to anybody else in my position. Thank you so much.
Efficient, easy parking and a very friendly atmosphere
I love that you get the attention you need, the appointments never feel rushed, if you raise an issue, it will be addressed there and then (if possible).
The professional service from arrival to the amazing skilled work from Martin Donachie has transformed my confidence and smile. Very happy.
Attention to detail. Full explanation of options. Empathetic staff. High level of professionalism from receptionists, dental nurses and dentists - the whole team.
The treatment I have had to date has been pleasing. I feel satisfied that my consultations and treatments have been done as good as you could expect. Professionalism, cleanliness and the feeling of getting what I am paying for.
Very competent and kind professionals. My children and myself are given professional care and advice and we are being treated with great courtesy. Many thanks.
Whitening can be an important part of a smile makeover. We always check the suitability of your teeth, as it may not be recommended for some patients with high sensitivity. It’s important to know that we may not be able to treat all of your teeth: whitening can’t alter the colour of fillings, crowns, veneers, for example. Your dentist can explain and suggest any options open to you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
