Practice Manager Academy

Our clinical management team is made up of experienced, practising clinicians who offer clinical support to practice teams and are involved with the recruitment of clinicians. The right materials and tools for you

You’ll have the freedom to choose from an extensive and wide-ranging list of consumables (over 4,500 items), from leading supplier Henry Schein, along with more specialist providers and manufacturers. The list is regularly reviewed based on feedback from our clinicians and as new or better-quality materials become available.

What’s more, our fast and efficient online ordering system, helps ensure you’ll have the right level of materials and tools in stock, so patient treatment and care isn’t compromised.

Accredited choice of labs

We have over 300 DAMAS quality audited laboratories on our own lab ordering system and if your lab is already GDC/DAMAS registered, they simply need to install our software to be included.

If the preferred lab you currently use is not a DAMAS quality audited lab, our team can work with the lab to help them register. But if you choose one of Bupa’s owned labs, you can save 5% on lab fees.

Clinical compliance and governance

It’s always been a priority for our patients that our practices are hygienic and safe. That’s why we have a bespoke online audit tool which supports our practices from a compliance perspective. It allows us to achieve full compliance with regulators across all our regions.

Our clinical and practice support teams help to maintain our high standards by employing thorough governance protocols, including audits, reviews, NHS guidance and Bupa clinical protocols. It all means you’ll be able to fully focus on delivering care to patients.
