A warm welcome to our practice
Bupa Dental Care Witham provides patients with a choice of dental services, whether you’re looking for NHS dentistry, private dental care or even a specialist treatment, we can help. We also provide emergency appointments here at the Practice, and accept referrals from other dentists.
Our Witham practice was established in 1999 by Karamjit Singh, who still works at the Practice today. Over the years, Karamjit has grown the patient base to the busy, caring practice it is today.
Treatments and services
We offer both NHS dental care and a wide range of private dental services at our practice, from check-ups and hygiene appointments to cosmetic treatments such as teeth whitening and veneers to help brighten your smile. We also offer private oral surgery treatments with our specialist oral surgeon, Samir Habib.
Orthodontic treatment
If you're thinking about having your teeth straightened, we offer orthodontic treatment at our practice with Sarabjit.
Nandhra, our specialist orthodontist also offers a range of treatment options including Invisalign and fixed braces. Get in touch to find out more.

We’re situated just off Witham High Street, with a large pay and display car park nearby. The surgery is a modern ground-floor building with wheelchair access.

We aim to offer flexible and convenient appointments for our busy patients, by opening early mornings. We also run a clinic on a Saturday for emergencies. If you’re looking to book an appointment, just give us a call and we’ll try our best to find a time to suit you.

No, orthodontics for adults is becoming more and more common. We can talk through your options with you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
