How much do dental implants cost?
Here at Bupa Dental Care, dental implant treatment starts from £2,400*, with options to spread the cost through monthly payments**. The cost depends on the type of treatment you need as each case is different.
During your implant consultation, your dentist will discuss your individual needs and give you a clear breakdown of the cost before your treatment starts. You’ll also be given a bespoke treatment plan, so you know exactly what you’re paying for and why.

Terms and conditions apply. Learn more. Why can dental implant treatment cost more than alternatives?
Dental implants are made from titanium and topped with a false tooth (a crown), made from porcelain or ceramic. Alternatives such as dentures and bridges are usually made from acrylic, a type of plastic material, which can make them cheaper.
Dental implants are a reliable, longer lasting solution than other alternatives. They don’t require reducing or damaging your remaining healthy teeth, which can be involved in alternative treatments.
What is the cost of a dental implant consultation?
Free implant consultations are available over the phone with an enquiry coordinator. If you’d prefer to meet your implant dentist directly, you can book a consultation with your local practice. As part of your consultation, your dentist will provide a clinical assessment to be able to advise on suitable options for you.
Can I get dental implant treatment on the NHS?
Dental implant treatment is usually only available to private patients and is not commonly available on the NHS. In some rare cases, you may be able to have treatment via the NHS, for example, if you’ve lost teeth following a serious accident or due to mouth cancer.
