At Bryer Wallace Belgravia we offer pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, facial aesthetics including a focus on regenerative medicine, and oral surgery as well as hygiene. Bryer Wallace Belgravia is the specialist referral site, but we also have Bryer Wallace Knightsbridge which is just a short 5-minute walk away. There we house most of our general dentists. They've also got hygiene and perio and endo specialisms, but mostly they will refer their patients for any of their ortho, oral surgery, or pediatric needs. That's how we work really closely together, so we're super lucky to have that really close relationship. We aim to put the patient at the heart of everything we do and give them the best care from the moment they enter to the moment they exit. As a practice, we really believe in connected care. So for us, it's a one-stop shop. You come to Bryer Wallace and from the moment you enter to the minute you exit, you'll be cared for—whether it's from the receptionist or from the dentist. We believe in gold standard patient care. We're super lucky with our location because we're really accessible. We have Knightsbridge tube station just a short walk away, as well as Sloane Street and Victoria station. So we really are in the centre of everything and, as I said before, only 5 minutes away from our sister practice, which is amazing. We're very fortunate in the sense that we have a beautiful practice. It's really modern and spacious, so it provides our patients with a really calming environment, which I think is essential to ensuring that they have a great journey and a great experience with us. At Bryer Wallace, we're also very lucky to have an on-site lab. The benefits of that are that when you're seeing the clinician, if adjustments need to be made, it can be done quite quickly. Also, you can have the technician come to the surgery and give expert advice, which is a great benefit for our clinicians. Being a specialist referral centre, most of our patients are referred by other treating dentists. However, patients can self-refer as well. So if they would like to book online for a consultation, they're able to do that via our website really easily. At Bryer Wallace, we obviously welcome new patients, but we also pride ourselves in having patients that have been here for many years. We have generations of families that attend Bryer Wallace—even sometimes when they've moved out of London, they still come. We have many patients that fly in to come and see us. I believe that is because the clinicians that I manage—which I'm very privileged to manage—really care about our patients and giving them the best service and the best clinical skill that they have as well.

My name is Dr. Nikita Desai. I'm a dentist whose focus is medical regenerative aesthetics. I offer a wide range of medical regenerative-based treatments. Those include things like PRP, PRF, polynucleotide treatments, and exosome treatments. Essentially, they're treatments where we are delivering something into the skin or into the hair that's going to change the way the cells of the body work. So it's very different from something like a dermal filler, where we inject a volumiser that stays there for a certain period of time and your body metabolises it. These are very different because we inject something that gets the cells in your body working differently. My approach allows patients to achieve slightly more natural results. A lot of the patients that I see are worried about looking different or looking like different people and not feeling like themselves once they go down the route of having injectable treatment. The treatments that I offer allow a patient to remain exactly how they are. We're working on improving the health of the skin, and those results happen gradually over time because we need to allow time for the body to build things like collagen and elastin. From that, you also achieve undetectable results. My approach is to allow a patient to explain their concerns to me. We work on those concerns and we try to set a plan of where they want to be with that. Often, a patient needs to understand that it's not going to be an immediate result, and sometimes I work with patients over the course of a year to try and achieve the goals that they're looking for. So my approach is always a dynamic approach, and we're always checking in with that patient, seeing that they are happy with their results so we know that they are really achieving something that they want.
