Welcome to Bupa Dental Care High Lane
Located just outside of Stockport, Bupa Dental Care High Lane has been treating patients since the 1970’s and now offers a range of NHS and private dental services. We’re accepting new private patients and referrals from other dentists.
Dental treatments
At Bupa Dental Care High Lane, we offer a full spectrum of dental treatments. We can provide general dental services, as well as more specialist services with experienced dentists in oral surgery, restorative dentistry, dental implants, prosthodontics (the restoration and replacement of teeth) and periodontology (diseases of the gums, bones and teeth). We also accept referrals for complex endodontic (root fillings) procedures.
We can place veneers and offer teeth whitening solutions, including whitening kits, such as Philips ZOOM!. And we provide orthodontic treatment using systems such as Cfast and Ortho-Care, as well as dental implants, including All-on-4 implant-retained dentures.
If you have a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorder, where the hinge that connects your upper and lower jaw isn't working properly, we can help there too. One treatment option is Cerezen – discreet custom-made devices that you wear in your ears to provide symptom relief.
We aim to be flexible
We know our patients value flexible opening times, so we stay open until 8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are open every other Saturday. If you have an urgent problem, we offer emergency appointments.
If you are a particularly nervous patient, we may be able to offer you sedation. Get in touch and see how we can best help you.
How to find Bupa Dental Care High Lane
We’re on Buxton Road in High Lane, less than a 20-minute drive outside of Stockport. There’s free parking at the Practice and on the surrounding streets. And there’s a bus stop over the road from the Practice where you can connect with local services.

No, orthodontics for adults is becoming more and more common. We can talk through your options with you.
We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
