I've been coming to Bryer Wallace as a dental practice for at least 20 years and all my family members and my husband and my kids also see the dentist. I had been grinding my teeth over the years and I got to a point where they were really not in a great condition, so I needed some interventions and I needed some crowns. So Camilla's treatment was actually a really good example of a comprehensive approach for us here at Bryer Wallace, because she came to see me and wasn't very unhappy with her smile, but she wanted to refresh the restorations that she'd had in place for some considerable years. And really from the outset, we involved obviously myself to look at where we wanted to end up in terms of the treatment, but also our lab, our ceramist to look at designing what we wanted to produce. Really the entire journey was seamless because we looked at every single stage. We're both minimising the error but also making sure that we communicate with each other, whether it's the technician, myself and Camilla to get that perfect result. He's a fantastic dentist. He's very methodical, highly professional, compassionate at the same time, because we don't all love going to the dentist. It can be one of those trips that we don't necessarily enjoy, but he's fantastic. He puts you at ease. And yeah, this is a reason why my entire family also come to Bryer Wallace.

I'm a patient at the Bryer Wallace dental practise.

I have been going there for well over 20 years.

So my dentist at Bryer Wallace is Hossein and I've seen him for just over the past year and the most recent work that he did for me was a crown.

So I had a crack in one of my molars when I came to see Hossein because I was concerned that there might be something more there or just I needed a second opinion on the health of my teeth.

And Hossein very shrewdly had a look at all of my teeth, including the cracked molar.

It was apparent that I needed a crown and had that not been done, I probably would have ended up with root canal and significantly greater problem.

And he did a fabulous job of putting on a crown.

It's the first one I've ever had, but he did a fabulous job, very, very meticulous, very professional.

The end result, literally I noticed nothing, no change in my teeth because the the moulding is identical to the tooth that was removed.

So my normal routine is of cleaning every four or five months and then a checkup with Hussein every six or 12 months.

The Bryer Wallace location on Sloane Street is it has always been elegant.

It's very professional.

The waiting room is comfortable.

It's it's always been a pleasure.

Hello, my name is Paula, I'm the treatment coordinator for Bryer Dental Practice and I've worked at the practice for years.

I joined Bryer Wallace Dental Practice in 2001.

Before then I worked as a dental nurse where I trained at Guys hospital from nurse and I went onto reception and the reason why I did this was because I liked the close personal contact with the patients.

So after being on the reception for many years, I decided to try something new where I became a treatment coordinator, which means that I look after our three specialists within the practise so the patients can contact me direct if they need any advice.

So the specialist that I work alongside is Doctor Daniel Flynn who is our specialist endodontist who I've had the pleasure of having some treatment with.

When I had tooth pain, Doctor Flynn took very good care of me and with his assistant I felt well looked after, safe in the environment.

I was made to feel very comfortable.

They made me feel reassured of any concerns that I had, explained everything to me.

I felt very confident in what they were doing and I just felt really relaxed and I was very grateful for their help.

I also work alongside Dr.

Nick Vyas, who is our specialist periodontist, and also Doctor Eva Manas Aguilera, who is our other specialist periodontist.

We've got fantastic clinicians who take really good care of the patients and the patients that I've got to know on a personal level.

So it's really nice to be able to send them in the direction of different clinicians who I know will take really, really good care of them.
