Invoices moving to Bupa Connect

From November, how we send your clients’ invoices is changing.

Invoices will be available in Bupa Connect only and we will give customers the option to choose to have their group policy document online only too. This is part of our plan to make our services more convenient to access and manage and help us reduce our environmental impact. Your account manager will discuss this with you at renewal.

Bupa Connect makes life easier for intermediaries, with 60% of our intermediary partners using Bupa Connect every day. Based on customer feedback, we’ve made some design changes to the portal homepage to make it more interactive and easier for customers to access useful information. We’ve integrated some of our health information hubs and added a news feed to show the latest posts from our Intermediary Newsroom.
