Activity and calories burned calculator

Our simple calories calculator works out how many calories you burn while doing an activity.

The amount of calories you will burn depends on:
• how intense the activity is
• how long you do it for
• your age
• your sex
• your weight

If you want to lose weight you need to:
• increase your physical activity
• reduce your calories by around 500 to 600 per day
