Introducing your new Business Support Hubs

As part of our commitment to creating a seamless connected experience, for you and your clients, we’re pleased to introduce our new Business Support Hubs.

These hubs will improve access to our dedicated corporate accounts team, they’ll provide an expert for your specific query, to get you the help you need quicker, available from 8am-6pm the dedicated team are contactable either via email, phone or webchat.

You can talk to us about:

  • Membership
  • Reporting
  • Claims
  • Policy queries

Corporate clients:

Those clients with a bespoke service will retain their named contact.

In addition, we are expanding the current corporate onboarding team to manage all renewal tasks:

  • GQ
  • Membership packs
  • Migration to Bupa Touch
  • Due diligence
  • Bespoke literature

We are also introducing a customer chase process within the onboarding team where we will pro-actively contact your customers around renewal, requesting membership data with the aim of improving document fulfilment times, meeting regulatory requirements, and offering a more proactive and convenient service.
