New look customer literature

As part of our ambition to be the world’s most customer centric healthcare organisation, we regularly review the information we send to our customers to make sure it’s as simple, clear and easy to understand.

You’ll notice that our policy guides and some other product literature look a little different. This is because some of the language we use to describe what is and isn’t covered and how to claim no longer includes jargon and technical terms. We’ve also made a few changes to our products, please click here for details (PDF, 0.5MB).

Individual health insurance customers whose policies start or renew from 1 October 2023 will receive new product literature including:

• Policy guides
• Certificates
• IPIDs
• Welcome and renewal brochures
• No Claims Discount leaflet

SME health insurance customers whose policies start or renew from 1 October 2023 will receive new product literature including

• Policy guides
• Policy summaries
• Underwriting onboarding leaflets
