- Subject to the following terms and conditions, Bupa is offering 30% off all Health Assessments booked and attended between 30 May 2025 and 30 June 2025 (the “Offer”).
- This Offer shall only be available to customers who are UK residents aged 18 years or over and who have quoted Offer code “JUN30”
- The only way to book a Health Assessment and benefit from the Offer is via telephone using the number provided in the Offer email or promoted via the wider marketing campaign. This Offer cannot be redeemed or booked online or by any other method.
- Customers must quote “JUN30” on booking to receive 30% off their Health Assessment.
- The Offer shall only be valid on Health Assessment bookings made between 30 May 2025 up to 11:59pm on 30 June 2025. Appointment dates must be within this period, subject to availability.
- The Offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Offer can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
