We can’t always give you a diagnosis, but if you’re recommended treatment, we’ll help refer you through your GP. You’ll also get two coaching calls to help you stick to your lifestyle goals.

If you need advice, Anytime HealthLine puts you through to nurses ready to help. And when we say anytime, we mean it. They’re around for support 24 hours a day.
Online mental health programmes
