1. Subject to the following terms and conditions, Bupa is offering 30% off all Health Assessments booked and attended between 1 August 2025 and 31 August 2025 (the “Offer”).
2. This Offer shall only be available to customers who are UK residents aged 18 years or over and who have quoted Offer code AUG30
3. The only way to book a Health Assessment and benefit from the Offer is via telephone using the number provided in the Offer Email or promoted via the wider marketing campaign. This offer cannot be redeemed or booked online or by any other method.
4. Customers must quote AUG30 on booking to receive 30% off their Health Assessment.
5. The Offer shall only be valid on Health Assessment bookings made from 1 August 2025 up to 11:59pm on 31 August 2025. Appointment dates must be within this period, subject to availability.
6. The Offer is non exchangeable, non transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Offer can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
7. Bupa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw this Offer at any point without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
8. Any decision of Bupa s regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding
