How does the subscription work?
If you are aged 18 or over and are going to be a UK resident for at least 6 months during the 12 month subscription, it's easy to get a 12 month subscription to Bupa Well+ Silver. We’ll just ask for a few details and you can usually start using the services the day you sign up. All services are subject to availability.

GP appointments

Included in this subscription:
- Remote GP appointments.
- GPs available from 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 8pm Saturday and Sunday.
- Choice of video or audio only appointments.
- Appointments last 10 minutes.
- Any medical notes can be sent to your NHS GP if you wish.

- Private prescriptions can be sent to your local pharmacy or delivered to your home address. You’ll need to pay for medication because these are private prescriptions.

Physiotherapy
Get help from our physios or work through self-managed treatment programmes at your own pace.
Included in this subscription:
- Remote assessments with our muscles, bones and joints triage service. Appointments last 20 minutes, and are available 8am to 8pm seven days a week. Come here first for advice and referrals.

- Up to six remote 20 minute physiotherapy sessions with a physio using the Physitrack app each year. You will be asked to accept Physitrack terms and conditions before you use the service.
- On-demand self-managed physiotherapy treatment programmes through the Physitrack app.
Mental health support
Speak to our mental health specialists. They’ll point you towards the right treatment for you.
Included in this subscription:
- Calls to our mental health triage service. Come here first for advice and referrals.
- Up to eight remote 60 minute cognitive behavioural therapy sessions each year.
- Up to six remote 60 minute counselling sessions with a therapist each year.
- Up to two hours of remote personal coaching each year.
- Up to 10 self-managed treatment sessions through Silvercloud each year. You will be asked to accept the Silvercloud terms and conditions before using this service.
- For more complex mental health issues we offer two hours of remote support from our concierge service each year. You’ll be given a personal case manager who’ll point you towards the right help. If the help you need is not included with your subscription, they’ll explain how to get this with the NHS or how to access pay as you go services.
Fitness and wellbeing classes
Enjoy gym and wellbeing classes whenever you like. All through your phone in the My Bupa app.
Included in this subscription:
- On-demand gym classes through our in-app Fitness Centre.
- On-demand remote fitness programmes including yoga and Pilates.
- On-demand exercise plans. These are short, focused exercises.
- Everyday wellbeing resources, including meditation and wellbeing guides.

How soon can I get a GP appointment?
Your subscription should be set up the same day you buy it. Although this could take up to 24 hours. We’ll email you when it’s ready and send a link to download the app. You can then book a GP appointment directly through the app. You’ll usually be able to book one within 24 hours and often much sooner, within the same day.
What if the Bupa GP says I need tests or to be seen face to face?
If the Bupa GP thinks you need to be seen in person, or if you need tests, you’ll need to go to your GP. Or you could use one of our pay as you go services.
Can I use Bupa Well+ Silver abroad?
No, you can only use your Bupa Well+ Silver services while you are in the UK.
How does renewal work?Â
Your subscription is for one year. Your subscription will renew automatically each year (subject to our and your right to cancel) as long as you continue to pay your fees or unless we decide to stop providing Bupa Well+ Silver. We will always write to you if that happens.
We’ll contact you at least 28 days before your subscription renews to let you know if your price or services have changed.
Can I use Bupa Well+ Silver alongside Bupa health insurance? Â
No. Bupa Well+ Silver is for people who do not already have Bupa health insurance.
If you have Bupa health insurance you can find your health cover benefits in the My Bupa app.
Can I cancel a Bupa Well+ Silver subscription?
You can end your subscription at any time.
If you cancel in the first 14 days, and you haven’t used any of the services, you’ll receive a full refund. The first 14 days are your cooling off period. If you use any services in the first 14 days, you will not receive a refund of the first monthly payment.
After 14 days you can still end your subscription at any time. If you do this we'll refund any subscription fees you've paid for the period of time after your subscription ends.
If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to start a new subscription for three months.

Access to digital GP from 6am to 10pm every weekday and 8am to 8pm on weekends. Musculoskeletal triage is a 20 minute appointment available from 8am to 8pm everyday with treatment limited to six physiotherapy sessions and access to self-managed plans via Physitrack. Mental Health triage is access to an assessment helpline with treatment limited to 14 therapist sessions, two hours with a personal coach and/or 10 self-managed sessions via SilverCloud. Â
