Terms and conditions
This offer is available to patients aged 18 and over who commence and complete Invisalign® treatment at participating Bupa Dental Care practices. To qualify, the patient must hold valid private medical insurance throughout the time of consultation and throughout the course of treatment. Proof of eligibility may be required. The price of Invisalign treatment will be confirmed by the practice at consultation. The average value of the free bundle, which includes one consultation, one 3D scan, one hygiene pack and retainers (“Free Bundle”), at participating practices is £750. Only one Free Bundle is available per eligible patient.
The Free Bundle is included at no additional cost when a consultation is attended and a full Invisalign® treatment plan is accepted and completed. Free Bundle contents may vary by practice and are provided on a non-transferable, non-exchangeable basis. No cash alternative or substitution is available.
All patients must undergo a clinical assessment to determine suitability for Invisalign® treatment. Treatment duration and outcomes will vary based on individual clinical needs and patient compliance.
