Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

We all need a little extra support from time to time. An Employee Assistance Programme gives your team access to a confidential helpline, day and night, so they can talk to a trained counsellor about anything that’s bothering them. Sharing a problem in confidence can be an excellent way for them to gain a fresh perspective and improve their mental wellbeing.

When you subscribe to an EAP, it doesn’t cost your employees anything to call for expert support, 24/7.

Mental health first aid in the workplace

Bupa UK, along with businesses like Royal Mail, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and WHSmith, is calling on the government to amend the health & safety regulations. We want workplaces to have to provide mental health first aid too.
