Cover for eligible conditions and treatments to help you get back to health as quickly as possible  

  • Out-patient cover for consultations, therapies and diagnostic services

Charges covered subject to the benefit limits of your policy with a Bupa recognised consultant, therapist or complementary practitioner, in a Bupa recognised facility. Any benefits in the guide that are either: shown on your registration certificate as 'not covered' or do not appear on your registration certificate are not available to you under the policy. Please refer to the policy guide for more information on what isn’t covered.

With Bupa cancer cover there are no time limits and all your eligible treatment costs are paid in full for as long as you have Bupa health cover. If you have health cover provided by your employer and your employer has selected an overall annual maximum benefit, eligible costs will be paid up to that limit. You must use a healthcare facility from your chosen Bupa network and a Bupa-recognised consultant who agrees to charge within our limits (a fee-assured consultant).

 

Health assessments

Our health assessments give you so much more than a check on your health, Bupa health assessments give you a chance to take control of your health.

They give you a picture of where your current health is and what future health risks you might be facing. They also provide you with the tools, guidance and support on how to make positive lifestyle changes to be healthier today and in the future.

All Bupa health assessments include:

  • A personalised set of tests and measures based on your individual requirements
  • Dependent upon the assessment you’ll get a physical examination and consultation with a Bupa doctor.
  • Test results available on the same day in most cases.
  • Lifestyle coaching on the day and following the assessment.
  • Access to My Bupa portal with a personalised health report and action plan as well as useful health information, videos and online coaching programmes.

The assessments available to you are: Health Peak; Health Enhance; Health Focus; Health Core; Female Health; Mature Health
