Bupa Dental Care Keswick is nestled within the busy market town of Keswick, situated in the Lake District National Park. The Practice offers NHS treatment with private upgrade options, including emergency appointments.
We’re a very family-friendly practice that has a light, open feel about it. Our waiting times are short, but we provide colouring- in, flags and stickers to children visiting the practice, and have a good selection of magazines to flick through. You can also make use of our free Wi-Fi while you wait.
Dental treatments and services
We provide general dentistry treatments and also offer teeth whitening, using Philips ZOOM! We have a strong emphasis on prevention of dental disease and stabilising oral health – before we do any more advanced work.

Getting to Bupa Dental Care Keswick
We’re located on Packhorse Court – a pedestrianised courtyard and arcade, just a few minutes’ walk from the prominent Moot Hall. Just follow signs to Packhorse Court if you’re coming from town.
As we’re in the pedestrian zone, we don’t have parking on site, but the town does offer multiple pay and display parking areas. We’re just two minutes’ walk from the closest car park in Bell Close. If you need to drop off closer to the practice, just call us and we can advise.
There’s also a regular bus service from the surrounding areas.
Opening hours to suit you
The practice is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday, and 9am to 5pm on a Friday. Just give us a call and we’ll try our best to find a time that suits you.

We do understand that some people really struggle with dental treatment. But we have lots of ways to help put you at ease. Please just tell us how you feel and what worries you, and then we can work together to decide on the right approach.
Generally we recommend twice yearly check-ups every six months. However, this varies on a case by case basis. Your Bupa Dental Care dentist will talk to you about when and how often we need to see you.
Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
