Wrexham Dental Implant Clinic

Dental implants

Meet our experienced, caring implant team

As a dedicated dental implant clinic, we’re uniquely placed to offer a full suite of dental implant services. This ranges from single implants to complex, full-arch restorations and everything in-between.

We also provide implant-supported bridges and dentures and same-day dental implants using the smile in a day technique. Smile in a day treatment involves replacing a full arch of missing teeth with dental implants and fixed teeth in one day.

Meet our implant dentists

We have two experienced implant dentists at our practice. George has placed a vast number of implants in his career and has completed a master’s degree in Dental Implantology. He has a keen interest in delivering same-day dental implants and full-mouth reconstructions.

Peter has a background in restorative dentistry, including dental implants. He has also completed several extra courses in the field of implants and has a master’s degree in Conservative Dentistry.

Supporting our dentists, our team of nurses have all undertaken further training in dental radiography and impression taking to ensure they can provide quality care.

Supporting implant treatments

Alongside placing dental implants, we provide supporting treatments that are sometimes needed before having implants, including bone grafts, sinus lifts and bone-ridge manipulation. Our dentists are experienced in providing these kinds of oral surgery procedures and we’ll talk you through everything you need to know before we go ahead.

Because of our expertise, experience and equipment, you won’t need to be referred anywhere else during your implant treatment. You’ll experience your implant journey in our practice from start to finish.

If you decide to have treatment with us, you’ll have a dedicated treatment coordinator to provide reassurance and advice throughout your time with us.

We have an onsite CBCT scanner, which allows us to check your suitability and see exactly where your implants should be placed.

Fillings repair small holes in your tooth enamel. If they aren’t filled, the decay will deepen. You’ll start to feel pain, and you could end up needing root canal treatment, which is much more significant and costs more. So although you might not feel pain right now, it’s best to repair these holes as soon as possible.
