Who can use Bupa Family?
Available in all Bupa Care homes
Bupa Family is available at all Bupa Care Homes and Richmond Villages and can be accessed by relatives and friends who have a loved one in care.
Anyone with consent
If you have a loved one in a care home, you can request to have a Bupa Family account. To protect resident privacy, we ask for consent from the resident or from their legally appointed Lasting Power of Attorney for Health & Welfare.

If you have a loved one in a Bupa care home or village, then you can request access to Bupa Family. Ask a member of the administration or management team at your home. They will be able to answer any questions you have and set you up on Bupa Family.
