Jacqui, Leeds Customer Care Team, who are we?
We can help you live as independently as possible
Our home has been purpose-built to offer every possible support with your mobility and independence, including wider corridors for wheelchairs. Friends and family are always welcome too, we even have space for you to host celebrations like birthday parties.
Great places to socialise, enjoy an activity or have quiet time
We have lots of bright, comfortable spaces where residents can relax, welcome family and friends or join in with activities, including a computer room, activities room, a multi-faith prayer room and our own hair salon.
Pretty, wheelchair friendly gardens
We’re sheltered by mature trees with lots of places to sit and spend time outdoors.

Relax in comfy lounges or our cinema room
There is a lounge on each floor and popular cinema room where residents like to watch movies as a group.

There’s no typical day at Amberley Court, we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.
Celebrations and themed days
We do many themed events for days like International Women’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day. It’s fun for all ages; an opportunity for everyone to join in.

Activities that are open to everyone
The activities coordinators plan activities with input from residents and ensure there are things for those who are less mobile to do.

The park and the city on our doorstep
We do pub lunches in Moseley village as well as visiting Cannon Hill park with its mini-golf and boating lake. We’re close to Midlands Arts Centre and the cricket club, and the city centre is just a few miles away.

“During their most recent inspection, the Care Quality Commission found areas where we need to make changes at this home. We’re determined to provide the very best care, so we’re taking this report extremely seriously and are in the process of making all the required improvements.”
