"People, and their relatives, told us they were happy with the care staff provided to them. Staff respected people's dignity and assisted them in the way they wished to be supported by encouraging them to remain as independent as possible. The home was appropriately decorated, provided a stimulating environment and was warm and welcoming. Staff had developed positive and caring relationships with people they clearly knew well."
“I came to this care home apprehensive as to what to expect as I have never used one before. All the nurses and care staff are very acting and helpful. All kinds of help were extended to me without hesitation. If I had to use the service of a care home again, I would definitely come back to Hill House Care Home."

“The staff are so kind and caring, their patience is never ending no matter how many times my mum asks for help. They make her look so lovely each day; they smile every day. Thank you for everything.”

“Since my mother arrived at Hill House she has been looked after and cared for to a very high standard. The staff are so responsible and kind. In my mother's experience, nothing is too much trouble. She says that she feels very safe here. There isn't one thing to complain about. We can only applaud the management and the wonderful care team here!”
