Annie Henderson has a BSc in Physiotherapy and an MSc in sports medicine, exercise and health.
Annie currently works as a Triage Physiotherapist on PhysioLine, ensuring members get access to the best possible assistance for their issue. She has been a physiotherapist for 15 years, specialising in MSK for the past 12.
Prior to working at Bupa, Annie has worked in the NHS and private sector in the UK and abroad. She also provided pitch-side support for both amateur and elite rugby players.
As well as managing musculoskeletal injuries Annie has a special interest in women’s health, holistic health promotion, injury prevention, and chronic pain.
Outside of work you are likely to find Annie running around after her two small children and trying to stay active and sane through running and weight lifting. She loves skiing, hiking, and has recently taken up sailing.
