Caitlin has been in the dental world since the age of 16, starting out as a dental nurse before qualifying as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from the University of Portsmouth in 2010. Over the years, she has worked in a mix of corporate and independent practices, across both NHS and private sectors. In March 2024, she took on the newly created role of Head of Hygiene and Therapy for Bupa Dental Care, where she supports the hygiene and therapy community and helps to shape strategy for the business.
Outside of dentistry you will find Caitlin spending time with her family, reading a book or swimming in the sea.
