Carly is Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with Bupa, working onsite at Unilever Colworth. She has worked in both a clinical and forensic capacity throughout her career, and has been a trained psychotherapist since 2016. Carly enjoys supporting others to work towards improving their health and wellbeing, and whilst offering CBT is one way in which she supports others to do this, she is also a keen advocate of enhancing wellbeing through physical activity and exercise too.
