Denise attended The University of Southampton in 2011. Prior to this she was an international yoga teacher trainer and Pilates teacher. Denise’s experience includes working in primary care for seven years as a first contact practitioner, a lead physio for a Division one ice hockey team, and was a hydro therapist for eight years.
Alongside working at Bupa, Denise runs a private physiotherapy practice with her daughter who is a sports massage therapist.
Denise enjoys ballet, swimming, weights, yoga, pilates, and meditation. Denise loves animals and has with a small sanctuary at home with giant tortoises, giant rabbits, giant snails, normal rabbits, tortoises, cat and dog.
