Natalie graduated from Guys and St Thomas’ Medical School, London in 2001 with a MBBS and an intercalated BSc in biochemistry. She obtained the MRCP in 2005, then qualified as a GP and gained the MRCGP (merit) in 2007.
Natalie works as a GP in both the NHS and private sector and has an interest in women’s health. She has the DFSRH (diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare) and particularly enjoys helping women understand the menopause and fit long-acting contraception.
She previously worked in a hospice and is the practice lead for palliative care. Educating future doctors is important to her, and she is also a clinical supervisor for 4th and 5th year medical students within the practice.
In her spare time Natalie tries to stay active and recently completed the couch to 5k. She now runs 3 to 5 miles, three times a week.
When she’s not running or walking the dog, she enjoys quilting, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
