After graduating from Leeds University in 1987, Neil set up Barbican Dental Care, delivering dentistry on the doorstep for busy London employees. By 2014, the business had expanded to ten practices which Bupa then acquired.
Neil has worked at Bupa for over 10 years helping to design dental insurance products and creating effective pathways for members to receive high quality care at Bupa Dental Practices.
As Director of Dentistry, Neil sits on the dental executive board and leads the Clinical Advisory team, with the ambition to make Bupa Dental Care the number 1 employer of choice for clinical professionals.
He leads the Bupa relationship with Dentaid. Bupa funds clinics, mobile dental units and provides volunteers all over the UK to support treatment of the homeless and vulnerable.
Neil is a keen family golfer, fossil hunter and plays Real Tennis.
