Ria works as part of the face-to-face MSK service within health clinics throughout the South.
She has a lifelong interest in how movement can improve quality of life, regardless of physical limitation or restrictions. She is also passionate about improving women’s participation in sport and activity at all levels.
Prior to joining BUPA Ria worked within primary care services for the NHS. Triaging and managing MSK conditions of all kinds, whilst promoting self-management in patients.
Outside of work she can mostly be found in the water, either swimming or surfing, or at the side of a rugby pitch cheering.
