Sarah is a musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist working for Bupa as a Physioline Team Manager in Salford Quays. She attended university in North Carolina, USA, studying kinesiology while on a soccer scholarship. On her return, she studied Physiotherapy at the University of Huddersfield graduating in 2015.
Sarah worked within the NHS for two years. From there, she moved into private practice. In 2019, she joined Bupa as a Physioline Triage Physiotherapist then progressed to Team Manager in 2020.
Alongside her role at Bupa, Sarah runs her own private physiotherapy practice where she specialises in treating and training runners, including postnatal return to running. She is trained by the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI) and runs group and 1:1 classes. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she delivered her classes virtually with the aim to keep people physically and mentally fit.
Sarah’s personal interests are running, cycling, surfing and spending time with her family and friends.
