Dr Sherina Fernandes is a doctor with over 20 years’ experience working in the NHS, along with more than a decade in digital health and clinical leadership.
She has a strong interest in lifestyle medicine and preventative health, with specialist training including UK and international diplomas in lifestyle medicine, nutrition and coaching.
Sherina has been running NHS menopause group consultations for several years and is passionate about helping people take practical steps to improve their long term health.
Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors with her family and their cocker spaniel.
