We welcome everyone at our centre, whether you’re insured or paying for yourself. Conveniently located for patients across Canary Wharf, Docklands, East London, and the City of London.
What makes us unique is our ability to provide joined-up care. You might come for a GP or dental appointment, but, if needed, we can refer you to an onsite consultant for specialist follow-up. And if you need treatment that’s not available at the centre, we can refer you to a hospital within the Bupa network. Either way, your care stays connected throughout.
We have a wide range of specialist services, including women's and men's health, cardiology, and orthopaedics. You can also have onsite tests, scans, and minor procedures, making it easier than ever to get the care you need.
If you're paying for your care, you can book directly to see a specialist. If you're insured, you'll need a GP referral for specialist care; we can book you in to see a private GP at the centre.

You don't need private medical insurance to access care at Wharfside Health Centre. Many services are available on a self-pay basis, giving patients direct access to specialist consultants, tests and treatment.
People paying for themselves
See a specialist for diagnostics or care. There’s no waiting list, and, in most cases, you don’t even need a GP referral.
Health insurance customers
Start with a GP referral through your insurer. We welcome people who are covered by insurers such as Aviva, and Vitality.
Bupa insurance customers
Bupa customers can access exclusive diagnostic pathways for conditions like cancer and joint pain.
