You can book appointments online or by calling 03456192961^
We recommend booking a 30- or 45-minute appointment for mental health issues, which often take some time to discuss.
See a private GP
You'll have time with a GP to properly discuss what's on your mind; whether you're stressed at work or you're worried you may have depression.
Your next steps
Your GP may suggest a range of next steps of mental health advice. After an initial diagnosis, the GP will discuss any recommendations with you.
Your GP can also refer you to specialist psychology, psychiatry and counselling services as needed.†
