Bupa Connect terms and conditions

1. By accessing and using the online portals administered by Bupa, including for Bupa Connect, you are accepting to be bound by the following terms of use. Your employer is also responsible for ensuring that each of its employees who access or browse any such portals are aware of these terms of use and other applicable terms and conditions that we notify to you or your employer from time to time, and that they and you comply with them.
2. You and your employer are responsible and are accountable to us for:
• (a) the security of all user credentials (which includes email addresses) created for your employer's account (including your account), and will notify all users of and make sure they understand their obligations in relation to the security of their user credentials.
• (b) any activities using Bupa Connect online facility that take place under the email addresses belonging to your employer's account (including your account).
• (c) ensuring that any user who leaves your employer's employment or active service is immediately removed from the user list and that their access to Business support hub is immediately revoked. You shall immediately notify the Bupa Connect team by calling 0345 266 1482^{^} or [email protected] about any suspected or actual occurrences of inappropriate use or unauthorised access to your employer's account (including your account).
3. Bupa does not accept liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from your failure and/or the failure of any other user to comply with any of the requirements above. You must not use any part of the content on our portals for any purpose other than for the administration and management of your group policy . If you or any other user print off, copy or download any part of our portals in breach of these terms of use, your and your employer's right to use our portals will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you or any other user have made.
4. You must inform us promptly, and in any event within two (2) business days of such circumstances arising, of any individual who is no longer entitled to access these portals for any reason (including, but not limited to, where their employment or other active service with or in relation to your employer has ended).
5. Bupa health insurance, dental insurance and cash plan is provided by Bupa Insurance Limited. Registered in England and Wales with registration number 3956433. Bupa Insurance Limited is authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority.
