What’s in it for my people?
45-minutes with a GP who has additional training in the menopause. The appointment can be done face-to-face or by video. This will help to identify symptoms, discuss concerns and advise on any next steps
A 30-minute follow-up appointment that can be taken when your employee feels it’s needed. This needs to be taken within 12 months of the first appointment
If needed, a private prescription. Any medication costs will need to be paid for by the employee

What’s in it for my people?
45-minutes face-to-face with a GP who will listen, advise and support each of your employees’ individual needs
If necessary, the GP will ask for consent and may carry out an abdominal and pelvic exam . Plus a full blood count and/or a pregnancy test, if required. The GP will explain why each test is being carried out and any other additional charges
A 15-minute follow-up appointment that can be taken when your employee feels it’s needed. This needs to be taken within months of the first appointment
If needed, a private prescription, further diagnostic tests, treatment or an onward referral. Any medication costs will need to be paid for by the employee

Menopause Continued Care Plan
Symptoms of the menopause don’t always go away after 12 months, so why should your people’s support?
After your employees’ menopause plan has ended, they can get an addition 12 months support with the Menopause Continued Care Plan. As part of their continued care, your people can expect:
- 30-minute annual review appointment with an experienced, menopause-trained GP
- Two 15-minute follow-up appointments that can be booked when employees need them within 12 months of the annual review. These can be used to obtain a repeat prescription, if needed
- An additional repeat prescription if required within 12 months. Any medication costs will need to be paid for by the employee
- Help navigating next steps if required which might be an onward referral to additional care
- 12-months access to our nurse-led Anytime HealthLine

Targeted Cancer Screening
30 minutes
Cancer screening tests look for early signs of cancer before it develops. Spotting signs earlier can make treatment easier and increase the chances of successful treatment. These tests are designed for women and some transgender men, non-binary or intersex people with breasts, a cervix or both.
Designed for anyone over 40, a GP will conduct a breast examination to check for signs of breast cancer. A referral for a mammogram can also be provided, if needed.
