Making wishes come true
Our Elmstead care home in Chislehurst has been busy making their residents’ wishes come true.
When their lovely resident Pat Moores told them her wish was to meet Michael Ball, Elmstead receptionist Sally Anne-Taylor got to work trying to make that happen.
After relentlessly researching ways in which to get in touch with Michael, Sally finally got hold of him via the email address for his BBC Radio 2 show and received a response from his personal assistant.
As Michael is currently rehearsing for ‘Chess’ the musical, he couldn't make it to Elmstead to visit Pat in person so he filmed a short video for her and sent her a signed copy of his album!
